      Ridetech Coilover question

Simple question (maybe a stupid one) but I put my SA ridetech coilovers together the other night and I was wondering how tight the set screw in the adjustable spring perch should be. I looked through the instructions but didn't see that mentioned. I have to say that I am impressed with the looks of these shocks and I can't wait to get them mounted up. I will probably call ridetech tomorrow to confirm, but usually the Ridetech guys drop by on the forums daily so I thought I would start here.

You want it relatively tight. If it's loose the ring can "jump" a thread on one side and get stuck sideways.

You don't have to get it "gorilla" tight, but good and snug.

Should I get it relatively tight, then set ride height with the spanner and then really snug it down?

      You got it.
You want to have the screw in there when you are adjusting preload. Just tight enough to hold it but still let it spin.
When you get it set where you want, snug it up.
