67 camaro upper 3 point mount location??

Ok, got my front seat belts from morris concepts. I've been searching for the mount holes in the roof area and can't seem to find them. My car never had the original shoulder belt, I thought that started in 68. I measured from the coat hanger hook on my friends 68 for reference. I peeled back the head liner to look also on my car. I just dont see any holes where they should be. Is it possible they were not drilled and threaded from the factory? Any advice from 67 camaro owners or anyone that may know?

Chris,
The holes will be 5 inches in front of the coat hook, about where the windows meet
GM started putting the threaded anchor points in their cars in Feb 1966
