      AFX steering arm torque specs

I mounted the AFX spindles and steering arms a couple of years ago, but the car still doesn't move under its own power. Today when under the car I noticed that one of the bolts that connect the steering arm to the spindle wasn't tight, so I'm guessing that I didn't torque any of them properly... and I can't find the paper that says what the correct specs are. So - what's the proper torque for ATS steering arm to ATS AFX spindle? A-body if it matters.
