Adjustable coil-over kits can be installed on OEM suspension components.

If you simply plan to cruise the car at first I would suggest starting with the coiovers in conjunction with larger diameter sway bars which will improve handling dramtically over the stock setup.

Wheel hop will be a issue if you plan to push the pedal hard under acceleration. I would suggest to start with the rear suspension components to address the wheel hop issue. The remaining area to address would be upgrading your front A-Arms to tubular with improved geometry.

I personally think this is the best way to build your car to insure that you are deciding what you need instead of just spending $$$ before making the call that you need more out of your car's suspension.

Does anyone have any pics of their rides with some boss 338's in 18 front and 20 rear combo ona A-Body? I am debating on whether going with 18's and 20s or just 18s around? Thanks..

If you use stock control arms any kit (ridetech, BMR, UMI, etc) you have the same suspension geometry. It would then come down to shocks and springs. I would argue we have the best shocks in the industry. I know we have the best shock warranty (1,000,001 miles). Air provides more adjustability than coil overs. So when using stock geometry I'd say we (ridetech) have the upper hand.

If you go with aftermarket control arms then you need to look at the geometry changes. We've competed with A-body's for ever (just do a quick search, we won a lot of the early Pro Touring events with either a 66 or 70 Chevelle) and we've outfit more A-body's than any other company.
Again, shocks and springs come into play here as well. The coil over shocks carry the same 1,000,001 mile warranty. We use Hyprco coil springs, which are used in most racing classes, from parking lot autocrosses to Cup cars.
