Flange to pinion angle?
I was getting angle measurments from my original 10 bolt to transfer to the welding of my new 12 bolt. I noticed that the axle flange (where the brakes bolt up) was clocked at approx. 7 degrees to the pinion and the spring perches were clocked at around 3 degrees to the pinion. Why are these so different and does it matter when welding on the new "Torino" axle flanges and the upper/lower brackets for a 4-link system?
