Just wanted to pass along my experiences with Jason @ Rushforth Wheels. First off I am in Afghanistan so buying custom parts or completing transactions can be a real pain. From the first message I sent to Jason he treated me as if I was a long time customer. From beginning to end, the whole process was awesome. He sent me updates and responded to all my questions ASAP. He promised a great product, he gave me a time line, and most important he kept his word and delivered on time. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a set of wheels.

What is the actual "timeline" for his wheels? I recommended them to a friend of mine and he ordered quite some time ago and can't get a definite answer since the previous "timeline" came and went. Got a show to go to in a couple weeks and gotta have them to get the rest of the truck setup.

I placed a order with jason February 25 2013 and they shipped march 24 2013 this was my second set

Wow, this set is REALLY disappointing!! HOPEFULLY they will ship next week cause he's going to miss the show if they don't. I recommended them because of all the positive feedback from others, unlike alot of other manufacturers. I got egg on my face now.
It would have been nice to know some of the "issues" from the beginning, rather than many weeks later....

with a custom wheel like they make, 3-5 weeks is a very fair turn around time imho.

Yes, this time of year we can see wheels at 6-8 week lead times from some Manuf.

I just ordered yesterday sent check today I am very pleased with his level of customer service so far its been 2 weeks of emails and phone calls and he's answered every question and call personally I would highly recommend Rushforth

I recently sent him an email with a question regarding mounting hardware. Still got a response within 24hrs! (2 months after my purchase) A+ customer service!

I have gotten a quote from Jason before and he was pricing was much more reasonable than Forgelines.
