      Hey there. My name is Charlie. just came across this sight and am impressed with the wide range of topics here. I recently purchased a dare to be different project in the form of a 64 T-bird. Did not realize that pro touring was what I was going for till I read a definition. I run a little off road shop building Jeeps and Truck so I know my way around a tool box. Been researching and building in my head when I came across this site. Glad I did. Here is a peek at my project. Wanted something you don't see everyday and think this is it.

      welcome to the club. I had always wanted a 63/64 tbird as a PT car. I realize they are heavy, but the looks are just begging for a PT treatment!

      Thanks, Tearing down a 428 to rebuild and replace the wore out 390. Removed some badging and started a little body work. have some spindles coming for disk brake conversion. It will be a slow build but looking forward to it.
