Sandblaster settings?

I'm going to be sandblasting a few parts for a buddy's Camaro and have never done it before. I've used a small blast cabinet, but my friend is letting me borrow his Eastwood sand/soda blaster. I'll be using sand and I was hoping that I could get some recommendations for air settings. Actually, any info at all would be great!

I'm using 90 psi at the blaster and have the sand feed valve about 1/2 open, so much depends on the blaster as well as the compressor.
