      1965 F85 Cutlass

This is a Cutlass I found on Craigslist. I bought it cheap and was just going to fix the brakes and make a few bucks but Im starting to like the car. It is a 20 footer.

I bought the car from the grandson of the original owner. I will get better pictures later.

This is going to be a very slow build and Im hoping to drive it as I work on it.

Those are awesome cars! I had a '64 that I still regret selling. Great platforms for great performance, and not as common as many other builds too.

The brake system is shot so Im going to install a C5 kit on the front and ls rear brakes from a 01 TransAm. I got the front brakes torn apart tonight. Im going to take the hubs to have them machined down to fit the rotors. I bought a bracket kit from Tobin at KORE3.

Today at work I used our old brake lathe to machine my hubs down to fit my rotors. I did a qiuck mock up when I got home. A little clean up, lug studs and upper control arms and Ill be ready to install.
