      CTS V front acc drive

In my quest to find a front acc drive I realized I think I'm able to run a CTS v front drive on my LS6. It had the corvette balancer and WP. I like the fact it is more compact than the corvette acc drive. I do not need AC. I was wondering if anybody has run a CTS V drive on a LS engine in a 68 camaro with autokraft mounts? I know they could be close to the top a arm. I found a complete CTSV drive minus AC for 450 on crate engine depot.com with 50 bucks to ship. Seem good!

It is a beautifull set up and beats all "billet wonders" in any day in my mind. But if recall correct it wont fit LS 1 / 6. Unless you change waterpump and dampper.

Try to find f-body ls1 system, it will fit ls6 and locates ac and generator same way as ctsv

      CTS V front acc drive

Thanks for your reply! Can anybody confirm this? The balancer shows the same part number on many websites for corvette and CTSV. Anybody running CTSV acc drive on 68 Camaro?

      CTS V front acc drive

Thanks for posting. I will check it out. My biggest concern is knowing whether or not the alternator will hit the drivers upper a arm. Otherwise I think I'm good.

Just an update. The CTSV front ACC drive does NOT fit my car with Autokraft mounts despite hearing that it did. The back of the alternator hit my crossmember. I sent it back and ordered the corvette drive through Pace. Lost a 150$ on shipping three times. Live and learn..... can't wait till this thing runs....
