      Push Lock fitting tool

I saw an ad for a new push lock fitting tool in the goodguys gazette where you can place hose and any angle fitting into a vice type rig and then basically tighten an all thread screw that pushes the fitting on the hose. It's made by Koul Tools. Unfortunately, it will not be available until spring. Has anyone seen anything else that pushes push lock fittings onto hose? Heating the hose and then killing my hands by pushing them on is getting old!

No sir. I will try to upload a photo. It is for push lock fittings, not standard AN fittings.Name: Koultool.jpg

Good, it uploaded. It connects by pushing on the barbed fitting, not screw on.

I just use lubrication on the push lock fittings I use. Had no issues doing that.

I've literally assembled hundreds of them over the years, hell maybe a thousand or more.... The hot setup is to lube the fitting (WD-40 works fine) and apply a little heat straight in the end of the hose with a heat gun. When the cut ends of the weave just begin to curl, it's ready. No vise or special tools needed; just push them on by hand, even -16 hose.
