Gag gift help needed

[Bill Howell]

I need some photoshop help or someone with the skills to help me create a fake diploma.
It needs to read

"College of Hard Knocks" and look all official and stuff. I can supply name I need inserted in it if someone can help, I would appreciate it.

Not sure if this will help, but looks like it has an online editor if you download the template.

Bill either me or one of my co-workers can do it if you can't find anyone else. Just let me know...you've got my FB so feel free to PM me there if you want.
