'69 Camaro for My Daughter
I've posted a build thread over at Team Camaro, but never put one up over here.
I bought this '69 back in April with no engine/trans, very little in the way of an interior, and more rust than solid metal. Since then I've replaced every body panel other than the roof and the center section of the cowl, installed Classic Performance Products' Stage II suspension kit and Right Stuff 4-wheel disc, and set up an 8.5" 10-bolt with 3.42's, an Eaton posi and new axle shafts. It's sitting on a set of rallys just to keep it off the ground, which will be replaced with 17's and low-profile rubber. There's a 6.0l LS and 4l60e planned for the drivetrain, as soon as bonus checks come in March. Until then I'll be tinkering around with little odds and ends to get ready for the engine install.
The future owner, before we had the shell brought home. Five years until she gets her license.
