Looks great, I notice those have the stepped lip. Is that right? I have already talked to a distributor about these. I am not quite ready for the wheels in my build yet, gotta get the trunk and tubs finished. But I am seriously interested.

Yes Ben did the photoshop with a stepped lip. I don't know if he did it on purpose or as a fluke. Technically the Rebel is designed for a reverse flat lip, but we can also make it in 19 and 20 inch diameters in a stepped lip. So either way works (unless you want 18s).

No problem. We'll be here, whenever you're ready!

      TD Performance in Cincy.
I am looking at 18s in front and 19s in back. Does that make a difference? Got any shots of the wheels with the stepped lip?

Yes we can only do 18s in the reverse flat lip. No stepped lip in 18s.

Just Ben's Camaro rendering. We haven't built any for real with the stepped outer yet.

Generally we plan on about 4 weeks. We just got 2 new (to us) machines up and running (1 four axis mill and 1 large lathe), so at the moment, we are doing a little better than 4 weeks, on most sizes. And at certain times of year, we try to give priority consideration to the Grand Am teams (when they're all in a rush to get wheels before Daytona - usually January), so this often bumps us out to 6 weeks.

If you plan on 4 weeks, you should be fine. I'll let you know if there needs to be an adjustment to that, for some reason.

I guess that is just for the machined wheel centers? Are the wheel hoops all a standard in stock item that is pieced together once the centers are done? If so could an order to be started before the BS's are known?

You've got machining, finishing, assembly, testing, and packaging. And if anything fails inspection along the way, then it gets redone. But it all takes time.

Usually. That is the goal at least.

No because your final dimensions are going to affect how much we machine off the pad on the center. I mean, you can place your order whenever you want, but we're not going to put you in line and start cutting anything until we know all of the dimensions.
