Question about relocating seatbelt mounting locations.

As the title says, I have a question about putting in a custom interior and relocating the stock seatbelt mounting locations. I'm installing GTO seats, front and rear, into my 68 Acadian (Nova) and may not be able to use the stock seatbelt mounting locations. Are guys just welding on new nuts for the seatbelts or what is the proper way to do it. I'd also like to put three point belts in the rear but there are no stock mounts for the shoulder part. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I just had my custom mechanic guru weld in 3 pt shoulder harnesses in the front and rear of my 68 Firebird, fronts out of the last body style s-10 and the rear are out of a 99 camaro. The front retractors we mounted behind the rear quarter interior panels exiting out what used to be the ash trays and the rears mounted in the trunk and came through a modified package tray. I will post pictures ASAP, but the whole process including labor cost me $300 as the kit from one company for front and rear belts was over $700, not very savy if you ask me.
