Joe's Racing Products- very positive

Last March, i had bought 4 of Joe's Racing Products turn-buckle supports for my JRS front spoiler. Very quick shipping and a great product.

Just last week, two of the lower machined mounts loosened and fell off somewhere during a long trip.



I thought I was going to be out $50 plus shipping to buy another two complete sets, but I called Joe's and not only are they making the mounts available separately for me, they are replacing them for FREE.
They wouldn't take payment for the parts or shipping. Excellent, unexpected customer service!
