Finger Print Scanner for Start

Since the weather guys have taken over the tv with tornado warnings, I thought I would post if anyone has done or has the know how to use a finger print scanner used on a lap top to work as a start button (trigger/run) or run mode? I was thinking of using a push button start for my 69 Camaro but thought it would be cool and secure way to lock down your car.



For those that may not have the feature on a laptop, it is a program where you scan in your finger print. For the user to unlock the computer for access, the finger print scan device is utilized and the scan must match what is stored.

PJD did to a bike on american chopper awhile back looks like a cool idea. I had also thought about it or a hidden push button. You would start the car with while using the key to give it juice. Something discreet you could push at the same time as the key was turned so no one would notice.
