Prodigy Customs, same boat

I am in the same boat I can't reach Frank or he won't contact me. My last note said "Supposed to have it Friday, Bare with me a couple more days."
, nothing after from him, that was three weeks ago! He has had 6K of mine for 7+ months. It was a deposit on a LS3 package. I really trusted him and now I am trying to figure out what my options are. I got his info off of Lateral-G and he isn't a vendor there anymore and there seems to be more and more negitive popping up on him.
