FORMULA 43 proudly announces two additional wheel designs to its “RAD” series of wheels. The RAD S6 (Split 6-Spoke) and RAD 5 (5-Spoke) are now available in 18” and 19” diameters for sports car and pro- touring applications.

The two new wheel designs were created by the FORMULA 43 team using the latest in FEA analysis and three dimensional modeling. The RADS6 and RAD 5 wheel designs keep the styling of a balanced, highly detailed CNC machined forged wheel center that looks stunning on a wide range of sports cars including pro-touring applications.

The RAD S6 features a “Split-Six Spoke” design with a splayed “V” and large chamfers on each spoke. Each “V” is balanced with an opposing “V” keeping the wheel design symmetrical.

The RAD5 is a traditional “Five-Spoke” design with a new 21st century look. Each side of the RAD 5 spokes features our sculpting to reduce weight and also add additional dimensional definition to the wheel.



“I’m excited to announce our latest wheel designs as we’ve been working hard to develop these. We don’t rush out new designs just to add another wheel option. We create designs that will look stunning on any application whether it’s a 1967 Camaro or new 991 Porsche. Our goal is to offer wheels that are appealing for many years to come,” states Sales Director Travis Johnson.

All of the RAD series of wheels feature: Rotary Forged aluminum center sections for superior strength and stiffness, Spin-Form AL6061-T6 aerospace aluminum rim halves with an additional flange step on the inner rim for increased stiffness, roll formed threads for military grade aerospace 12-point hidden fasteners and metal TUV approved high temperature valve stems. All wheels are TPMS compatible, can use the stock OE lug nuts or lug bolts and are hub centric.

FORMULA 43 is proud to announce that the RAD S6 has been chosen as the wheel of choice for Mark Stielow’s latest Pro-Touring Camaro called “MAYHEM”.

MAYHEM is the latest evolution of Stielow’s pro-touring cars and features an 877 horsepower GM LS engine, massive Brembo brakes, Detroit Speed & Engineering suspension components and FORMULA 43’s RADS6 wheels in 18” front and 19” rear.

The RADS6 is the latest wheel design in the RAD series of wheels. It features a splayed “V” six-Spoke design; rotary forged center section and FORMULA 43’s exclusive German “Spin-Form” AL6061-T6 rim halves.

“We worked closely with Stielow in developing a specific wheel fitment for MAYHEM”, says Sales Director Travis Johnson.

Johnson States, “The Brembo brakes, Detroit Speed mini tubs, flared fenders and the Goodyear tires installed on Mayhem created the need for a unique wheel fitment in which the FORMULA 43 team was able to accommodate quickly and also integrated our new RADS6 wheel design as well. The effort is a great example of FORMULA 43 working with the customer and meeting their specific wheel needs.”

I like the Rad5. Just the right amount of spoke for a five star wheel. RadS6 looks nice too, especially the ones on the new Stielow beast.

Just received these from Mark Stielow. Photos of his test & tune at Gingerman from Friday. Looks like "MAYHEM" is just about ready for battle for OUSCI with its new RADS6 wheels!

Stock fenders, but they pushed them out, I believe 0.75" and rolled the inside lip.
