LS3 Power steering pump coming apart?

Has anyone ever heard of the stock LS3 GM power steering pump shaft getting pulled out of pump under high HP applications? I know this is a press on pulley but it seems to have moved on me over the weekend. Possibly happened under high RPM? my belt is now missing a rib and it appears the PS pulley is the culprit.

It was also heating up a bit during auto x so I think I want to remote the reservoir anyways...

Any ideas what pump/pully combo would be a good replacement for 10/up camaro drive setup?

      Thanks,
      Josh

Is the pulley coming off of the shaft or is the shaft coming out with the pulley? I have seen the shafts break on Jeeps, grab the pulley and pull forward. A new pump will fix it.

Ok- got it figured out & fixed... Pulley was being pulled off shaft- by torque im guessing...
Fix-pressed back on all the way & put a 3/8 x1" bolt with washer in the threaded hole... Dealership says no bolt is suppsd to go in there but i need one! Should hold now...
