Possibly. I need to start working on our website for a performance auto company and thought I would take a chance and see if any car guys were also into web design. Right now we are looking for a fairly basic site that we can build on in the future. I can forward my contact information if you think you would be interested.

Its not cheap. I still do some work with the server side software and payment systems, even a very basic website with no way to buy anything is going to cost you $1000+. It is a lot of work to make a website.

Pretty much. My current customer is being billed at $25/hr and I'm 48 hours in on the design, no coding time. They're family friends.
