electrical problem 70 camaro rs

i installed a aaw classic update on my 70rs, final step before road test install dash, everything worked as it should , had to lower steering column to fit the dash, installed dash, reinstalled steering column in doing so i pinched a wire (purple-starter soleinoid) now i have no power anywhere, it arched and had smoke at the fuse box i stopped as soon as i heard the arch, i checked the fuses none where blown, now how to troubleshoot???
