New Engine question

Ho difficult do you think it would be to put this set up in a second generation F-Body???? What should I watch out for? What problems could I have??? Please let me know if any of you have done it. I am not great at the electronics. Thanks

well, you should not have any issue with electronics. these kits are designed so that you only have to really hook up a small number of wires (mostly power, ignition, etc..) and it comes with the instructions to hook it all up. GM tried to make this an easy install, only issues I can see off hand would possibly be the normal stuff people run into when swapping in a LS motor like pan clearance, header clearnace, etc...

I had the opportunity to take a close look at this crate motor/Trans combo at SEMA last year, and almost bought one myself for my Chevelle.

If I go that route, What issues will I have??? Will the transmission cross member fit? Which motor mounts? etc.... Has anyone done this?? Thanks. Mike
