Last week I finished spraying 3 coats of Pro-Spray Acapulco blue and 3 coats of SPI Universal clear. Brian wet sanded with 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and today started buffing

The paint looks slick Rusty. Nice job.

That is some glassy paint! We like the idea of doing the underbody a bright color, too. You dont see many people doing that, and its bound to make the suspension pop.

Owner installed the brake and gas lines he made.

He did a very nice job with the lines! I hope the lines on my Volvo come out that nice.

I guess nobody noticed but that is not red oxide primer on the dashboard. The interior is going to be red.

You know, I did notice yesterday when you posted those pics with the doors on. I was wondering about the interior.

I think that's a pretty unusual combo, blue with red interior. Looks like it's going to be killer, though!

I painted a few parts and we installed the engine and aod trans today.

The owner is off work for a few weeks and wants to do some of the assembly on his car. He and Brian installing the headliner insulation.





They also installed the side speakers

Do you have different labor rates? Your normal hourly rate, another if the owner watches, and the highest labor rate if the owner helps ;-)
Car looks awesome and that blue with the red interior is just fantastic!!
