      P/S Pump bleeding

So I cant seem to bleed the air out of my set-up. At first I thought it might of had something to do with the fittings to make the LQ4's pump work with my original steering box. But every time I run the pump I can see it start foaming after a couple of minutes. I've never had a problem like this before, how do I get the air out?

front wheels off the ground. start the engine and turn to full lock then shut the engine off and let sit for 5 min or so. then start the engine and turn the other direction to full lock and shut the engine off. you might have to do it 5-6 times each direction but it will get the air out of the system.

@ CamaroAJ, thanks, that was kinda the direction I was going. Just wanted to make double sure. I never, ever had an issue before with this...

I heard that on the P/S pumps with the hydraboost, you have to use the lower return fitting, not the upper. Since I'm at work now, anyone care to chime in on the merits of that suggestion?

On the hydroboos PS pumps, using the upper return line for steering will airate the fluid. I know first hand. Switch it to the lower.
