The good ole spot repair.....how old is the paint is it in good shape, where on the quarter is the scratch!

1.sand the scratch out and spot prime the area!
      2. block the area then wet sand the primer
3.mask the car blow some color over the primer until covered then blend outwards from there!
4.clear the panel and burn the edge in on the sail panel and the area around the back of the car.

Cost depends where the scratch is, how hard it is to fix, cost of materials, etc.

      what he said

just what travis said, however the absolute best is to repair scratch prep for base, base coat are, then blend out, but when clearing reclare whole 1/4 roof and other 1/4, this way you are not over reducing the clear or using fade out to bled the sail panel, when blending clear it will last awhile but always will come back after a few years in sun, goodluck

He is correct if you can keep from burning in you are always in better shape that area could come back to haunt you in the future!
