Based on the info you gave, here's what I would go with:
Front: 18x8, 4.75" backspacing, 245/40/18 tire
Rear: 18x9, 5" backspacing, 275/40/18 tire
Considering that you're not doing anything too radical, like lowering over 3" or going for maximum width, those specs should work just fine.
