FIRST Robotics Champs - St. Louis

My younger brother is heavily involved with high school robotics. He is a engineering student a Cal Poly SLO and for the past few years he has ran and mentored the Atascadero High School team 973. Myself and The GMR have been not only supporters but sponsors of the team for years now. Last year he won the 2011 World Champs and this year they decided to come back to St. Louis to defend the title! Well, after some great victories throughout the competition they had some communication type issues with the robot and were knocked out during the finals. Here is a little video I shot of the first round in the semi-finals!

Im very proud of him, not only is he about to graduate with an Engineering degree from CP-SLO but he is considered to be one of the top mentors and experts in his field with creditation from companies such as NASA, Northrop, and Google corp... ect... Champs for 2012 is over but preparation for next year has already begun!
