Sam's Alignment/ So. County San Diego

So, I didn't even know my buddy John Dioli knew about Sam's Alignment in National City but I see he had some good feedback on them. I too have some good feedback. I was just in there yesterday and am surprised I didn't see his car. I was in there pretty early so must have missed him and his sweet Nova.

I was needing some bearings pressed off my axles that I sold and this place is right next to the college I attend. He didn't charge me anything. There are a bunch of used car dealers that bring their cars in to him and I think he makes the money off them and gives hotrodders a break, LOL.

      Hey Johnny,

The salt and pepper goatee'd guy, who seemed like the main guy (didn't ever see an actual "Sam"), hooked me up.

In this day and age you can expect to be charged for just walking in the door. On your bad experience at "Shop X", I always tell them I'm not paying for a diagnostic if they actually do work. It may be their policy to charge a diagnostic even if they perform service but it's against my policy as a customer to not pay for it if I have chosen them to do the work vice going down the road with my diagnostic and having a cheaper shop do it. Some people act like their the only guys in town.

I really appreciate Sam's for old fashioned service. Just for his simple act he earned my business when it comes to the 'cuda and my daily.
