      Driverz Inc help!

      I had a deposit at Driverz, Inc. for a set of Rushforths. I paid by check in December, 2010.

      What can others and I do to try to get our money back?

      Some of the other Driverz Inc. threads contain some helpful ideas, but as John said, after such a long time, I am not sure what can be done.

      Well I called my bank and they are going to send me a claim form and are going to treat it as check fraud. I have to fill out a police report also. They said it was going to be a 'best effort' and not a guarantee I will get my money back.

      I'm not getting my hopes up. I'm sure Driverz Inc will have to pay their taxes and banks back first before they pay their customers (if there is anything left).
