Looking For CHROME Painter in SoCal

I am of in need of a Chrome painter in the SoCal area. Here are 2 competing company's that make/sell the chrome paint products.

I did find one shop in Valencia http://www.creationsnchrome.com/ and I am sure he does excellent work but he is simply way too expensive for my budget.

I am wanting to chrome paint fiberglass bumpers. The chrome painted bumpers below were painted at a shop in Sacramento. The distance to SoCal is problematic and the truth is I was not completely happy with the results.
