      LS2 swap questions

So I finally picked up my motor it's a ls2 out of a trail blazer ss, I plan on converting it over to a carb setup and had a few questions. First can I buy the kwik alt and power steering relocation bracket and run my truck accessories ? Also will the truck water pump work with the carb intake ? I see most people change them when they do their swap but that's mostly because they go with the car intake and throttle body. Last how do I tell if my motor is vvt and what tooth reluctor wheel it has ? Thanks in advance

Kwik brackets and truck accessories will be fine. The crank sensor will be black if it is a 24x motor, if it is above an 06 it will be 58x and have a grey plug. As far as I know none of the ls2 motors have vvt. I have the same motor with a carb setup.
