Mitchell's suspension design software - worth it?

      Hello,

Seeing who all on this forum has used this design software, any level of it, in their builds: http://www.mitchellsoftware.com/ I think one of the forum members from II Much Fabrication knew someone who used it in design of one of his projects from a magazine I read.

I know the build I am doing now won't be my one and only build. The one I was looking at was is the expert version I believe where I can input the parts into the program to run it through simulation. I have little real world experience with the suspension parts in modifying as this is my first project, but I plan to build more than one vehicle from scratch in my life as I am an engineering student with an extreme interest in cars. The expert package costs $895 which is a steep price to start, but I have the student version of some design software like Pro Engineer Wildfire 4.0 which I have had a semester long class in (project was modeling in Pro E a 1948 Willys CJ2A jeep).

      Thanks for your input.
