      Reversed Fuel Sump

Long story short my fuel sump got welded on my stock 68 camaro tank backwards, the outlet is at the lowest part of the tank but I'm worried about acceleration starvation issues. Would the tank work well this way or should I get it reversed? I'm using an external fuel pump and its feeding an EFI LS2.

You could run it that way but it wouldn't be too hard to add another bung to it all and plug the the other. I would not remove the sump and turn it around but hat is me and I don't foresee any problems with it but your car may tell you differently once on the road?

Put the new bung in before you ever add fuel and you should be ok. You could also add check balls in and use both pickup connections for fuel in both stopping and accelleration.
