      63 Biscayne---What upgrades?

I have a completely stock 63 Biscayne and I'm trying to figure out where to go with the suspension. I don't have a whole lot of cash to spend and I would like to make this a progressive project where I don't have to plop down $4K at once.

      What do you all recommend?

In the last 16 years ridetech has done more 58-64 impala suspension systems than anyonecelse in the world. http://www.ridetech.com/store/suspen...ation_contents

If you don't want to buy a complete system all at once you can buy components as your taste and budget allows.

These are cool cars that respond well to bolt on modifications.

Global as well as Hotchkis have some systems also.

At least think of adding another upper control arm as even the factory race cars in the 60s did that.

Well, I've made a big decision on my car. I've decided to go with a Schwartz performance chassis. I'm getting ready to move here in about 45 days so, on my way to my new house I'm going to drop it off for the frame.

It is in fairly good shape although whomever painted it should have not even bothered. It has really bad lacquer checking on the roof and it is starting to peel off so, once the frame is done I'll start doing the body work.

The beauty of the Schwartz chassis is that I can use my big block until I decide to swap out and put an LS in it.

I really need to come up with a concept sketch of what I want this to look like when I'm done. Thinking about going with ocean mist (used on Saturn cars) and a silver but, not sure. I'm open to suggestions.
