      rocker help

Ive been stripping my firebird in order to install the new floor pans. Well I knew the outer rockers need some small patches, but nothing major. Well after getting the previous owners repair job out of the way I found the inner rockers r rusted out worse than I thought. Has anyone here replaced both rockers? Inner and outer? The floor is mostly gone due to rust, just the seat braces and there is some cancer on them 2. What's best way to replace these and keep are straight? I was going to take doors off so I had more room to work putting the pans un but now I'm worried bout keeping car straight so doors r still on. Any help or ideas are always welcomed.

You will find plans for a body jig over there. I think that would be wise when you are replacing both rockers and the floor.

Ya I saw the jig info over there last night. wounder if anyone has used wood for a jig instead of metal. poor people have poor ways n metal is threw the roof.
