      Shaved Door Handle info needed

Im doing shaved handles on the 66 Mustang im building and have seen many different kits online . What is the best kit to use, im leaning towards Autoloc. Another question is 4 function 7 function 18 function what does that all mean and what lbs would be required 35, 50 lbs etc.

As I always do when this subject comes up, let me warn you that shaved door handles can disqualify you for tech on a track. Auto-x is probably ok, but road and drag racing venues usually won't let you go since the course workers can't open the door from the outside in the event of an accident.

Some autox events won't let you run either, depends on their tech inspectors and safety stewarts. I would check with anyone you plan to run with to see what they say.

Not much to add on which is better, I haven't been around many cars with shaved handles to know what is better.

The car is NOT going to be raced so I dont care about what any track has to say. Im just looking for what pros and cons on different brands that have been used.
