Do you know if you have a higher resolution picture of that exhaust actually in the frame? I think it is picture #47 of 71 on your site. Is it ceramic coated? Since exhausts get pretty hot, are there any possible dangers, repercussions of having it buried into the frame? Forgive my ignorance. I am just fascinated by that.
Actually many factory cars like Corvettes have the exhaust running through the tunnel. The headers were a real pain, along with getting full 3" through the tunnel, along with a driveshaft and transmission. For all practical purposes, the car was built around the exhaust. You should here it! If I can figure out how to edit or reduce the video, I will post it.

Here are a couple pics, yes is it being Ceramic coated front to rear.

That is incredible. How long did it take to mock that up and figure out all of the placement issues? I can imagine it is a LONG and tedious process. Maybe I missed it, but what type of mufflers are you using?

Looks like chambered mufflers but whose I don't know. I am now almost wishing I built a new floor for mine rather than raising an new one piece oem floor. There isn't going to be much left of it by the time I am done. I didn't know that was an exhuast tunnel Frank!

      I second that emotion.
Bluaddict, you and I are only about a month and a half apart in age. Some of the younguns here think we are old, but you can cover my back now when they start on me.LOL If Allen (Zbugger) chimes in, just ignore him.
Sorry to hear about your accident. My wife was in a chair for three years, so I can relate to what you and your family are going thru. Keep your chin up, there is light at the end of the tunnel. :icon996:

      Frank,

This thread is getting out of hand and it was only posted yesterday. The car isn't even in final paint yet. The color combo, convt, style and details you and your son Michael have put into this car is just amazing. This car is going to be HUGE HIT at SEMA 05. I mean really Big!

I think I'm starting to get jealous again. Darn it anyways.

That is an awesome exhaust set up. I would love to hear it somehow. If you have MSN you could send me the file and I could probably cut the size in half without hurting the quality of the video.

Thats why I asked if you had MSN. Msn messenger will let you send ANYTHING. Doesnt matter what size it is. Ive sent entire programs over a gig in size thru MSN. So im sure your file will be very easy to get. What is the size of it? 15MB, 45MB, 75MB? easy to send.
