May I ask what makes this flywheel different than the reguar SBC? IS this required for Hydraulic pressure plate?

If I understand your question right, this flywheel is needed because the flywheel bolt holes on a two piece rear main seal block are further apart than on a one piece pear main seal. the hole in the crank for the flywheel on a one piece RMS are basically flush with the back of the block while the holes on a two piece RMS crank stick out. This creates an offset which needs to be compensated for. another reason for the special flywheel. Hopefully I touched on your question.

I had the same question when i was going to mount an lt1 to my sbc 327 but i changed directions.

But good luck with sale. Should sell quick!
