      68-74 nova question

Whats up guys, im concidering a move from my nova's current "drag car" style format to somthing more along the lines of a pro touring setup. Nothing crazy or over the top, just a few things here and there. Maybe some brake/suspension upgrades and such, but im curious on what width of 17" wheel/tire will fit in my stock front and rear wheel wells and what back spacing i should look at if i were to do this. I currently have 15x3.5" skinnies in front and 2" superior drop spindles with 82 camaro disc brake hardware in front. And 15x8" wheels with 275x60xr15's and the rear end is a 9" ford with drums. If i could give an idea on how i would like the stance it would be similar to the 10,000 Nova in the August popular hotrodding. Im just trying to get an idea on what im getting myself into here, and if im going to have to be cutting out wheel wells and such. Whats all involved with somthing like this. Anyone with a 3rd gen Nova have expierence with somthing like this? Thanks

On page 2,there's a thread about this that should answer your question.
      "71 Nova wheels 17/18?"
