      I have my falcon weighing in at 2650 now.

      Complete fiberglass front end, valance, fenders, hood.
      Aluminum heads and manifold
      Aluminum radiator core support
      Aluminum steering column
      Fiberglass trunk lid
      Lighter front and rear suspension
      Lighter front seats
      no rear seat
      no heater or AC

      probably more that I cannot think of right now.
