The lips are painted silver with Dupli-color wheel paint (with their clear coat as well). I have used this paint on a few sets of rims now and it always turns out very well.
'72 Chevelle- 4 wheel 12" Discs, Konis, Hotchkis springs (shortened an extra coil up front), 17" Cragar Soft 8's with 245's in front and 275's in back. ---STILL IN PROGRESS---
