      Vent window delete

I remember seeing a thread on here that had a link to a company the made replacement glass for several cars, that allowed the deletion of the vent windows... Does anyone still have that link? I searched but couldn't find it.

Vent Windows ROCK! Why would you do such a thing?

Vent windows are the skinny emo kids of the auto industry??? Wow that sucks cause I bought a 67 just for vent windows.

Please don't tell me I'll have to wear skinny jeans, maskera and listen to emo music.

Why do I want to get rid of them? A few reasons...

      1) They need to be rechromed anyway
      2) They need to be resealed anyway
      3) They need to be redesigned so they don't make all sorts of noise even when they are operating properly
      4) I like the look.

I'm curious how the quality of the above link is compared to the original glass (thanks for that BTW, it's jsut what I was looking for), but maybe we will see. Compared to the expense of getting my wing windows all fancied up, it's not that different.

i was actually considering doing this to my 67... imo a 68 looks much better ( sounds better too). Doesn't look like this company does anything for 1st gen Camaro's.

If I don't go one peice, that's what I'll do. Black doesn't eliminate the wind noise, though.

my next dream car is a 67 camaro (no marker lites- super clean) with 68 windows (clean silhouette)

my vent windows in my 66 chevelle are the only part that LOOKS 45 years old...
and i think they are ~$350 each :(
