      Thanks Tommy.

The Wheels should be done in a week or so, I will have to decide then...

I am looking for a sticky , quiet tire.

When I say quiet,I mean in the turns...I don't want to pay good money for tires that queal in the turns.

The P7's and the Gatorbacks were Silent during hard driving...

      How are the KDW's 2's ???

I heard they get better, the more you drive them hard. ????

Everything ive read is theyre really quiet. I had a coworker go with KDW2s and hated them. He got rid of them and went with Toyos.

Hey El T1, how did you like the Falkens? Although not a touring tire, I just bought their Ziex S/TZ04 for my Yukon Denali and I'm very impressed!

The Falkens were great! I had them on my 96 Impala SS 275/40/18. Great wet traction. But I had them wear really fast. I kinda of drive agressively especially taking high speed corners. But they were a huge step up fron the Fuzion ZRi I had previously. Anf before those were BFG T/A in stock 255/50/17. But seeing the Nittos on a customer car I love the tread design, and once I read the great feedback on them. No brainer for what my car is gonna see. This will be my first set of Nittos.

Michelin Pilot Sport 2s are available in most of these sizes. I have no review to give on them personally since mine are still waiting on the damn shop to do the work that should have been done four months ago but the Vette guys seem to really like them.

Major problem with them is the cost from what I have seen. They do cost significantly more than the Nittos but are available in tons of sizes and in regular or runflats for many sizes but the 325 /30/19s are only in runflats.

Bingo. PS2's are a great tire (I've run them before) but I don't think they are 50% better than another tire to justify 50% more $ that they cost to buy.

But, as stated, it often comes down to what sizes you can fit and compromises are often made.

The PS2s do not come with the 295/35/19 or the 305/35/19 that he mentioned... They are just like all the other company's the 295s and 305s stop a 30 aspect ratio.

I remember a few years back that people were complaining about the KDW 2s being too loud? Did they change the tire?

Now back on topic.. EL T1, I think you will like the Invo's. If it makes you feel any better im actually getting ready to buy 2 sets of the Invo's for my truck and my cutlass! LoL!

I know they do scream some under hard use. The only time I've heard them was from outside other people's cars and never my own. Before the KDW's I had Kumho Ecsta MX's and didn't notice them to be any quieter. I'm sure I am driving a bit harder now then I was with them though.

People not looking for too much tire life in this thread should consider the usual batch of 200-ish treadwear tires. They're all more aggressive than the Invos that started the thread.

Dunlop Direzza Z1 Sport Star Spec

      Yokohama Advan Neova AD08

      Kumho Ecsta XS

      Falken RT615k

      Bridgestone RE11

      Michelin PS2

      Nitto NT05

Then there are also your 140ish treadwear tires. The Hankook RS-3 in particular is pretty affordable. I just picked up a set of these for my Mustang.

      Wow..

      A lot of info..

Hard to decide , and I thank you for the info..

The KDW2 will be an option, and I will look at some of the others.
