      Tach signal

68' Camaro - I am using a stock tach with my LSA swap. I purchased a Dakotasignal converter... but I don't detect any juice coming from the ECU? Is there a command or something I should havehad programmed to run this set-up?

I read somewhere that you have to tap a switched 12v source and tie that to the tach signal wire with a "pull-up" resistor. Try this link:

The injected voltage along with the DD signal convertor should fix your tach.
