Title

Hello,

I know it doesn't talk about V8 but about title.....
I d'like to buy a Porsche 356 replica built by Intermeccanica but i have a problem with the title ! Car is actually registred in CA.

This what is written on it:
MAKE is: SPCNS (special construction)
YEAR MODEL is: 0000
YEAR FIRST SOLD is: ------ (nothing written)

How do i know the year of the car ?
I think i will be a problem if i try to register it here (Belgium).

I don't understand how it can be possible that these infos are not mentionned on the title !
How do you register car without it?
