Not sure where to start looking...

Well the set of wheels I planned on picking up for my 67 camaro are too rich for my blood so I need to start looking again. I didn't really have to look much for the other set as I instantly fell in love with them, so what I'm asking is what are some wheel brands to look at?

There isnt a whole lot of companys but I would look at Boss, Eagle Alloy, American Racing, Foose (1 pc wheels are decent price) Show wheels, Rocket Racing Wheels, Summit Racing has some 18s that are fairly cheap. Coys wheels

Other good options that are cheap, however you would need to run adapters/spacers, are Corvette wheels, and BMW wheels.

Its been my experience, that its best to buy what you really want the first time around. The Rushforth wheels do cost more money, but in the end you would be happy with them. You dont need to have all the money up front its 50% down when your order and the rest when they are complete. You could always spread it out and buy the rears first, then the fronts. You could save for the Rushforths now, or you could buy something else and then not be happy with them and end up buying the Rushforths after all. (I did the same thing with my truck, 3 sets of wheels and tires before I finally bought my 22" Rushforth wheels. I could have bought 2 sets of Rushforth wheels for the money that I wasted on the other 3 sets.)

Just something to think about man...

Talk with Jon or Justin at Driverz Inc. or go to their website, driverzinc.com. They really helped me out.

$2K will get you into just about any standard 2 piece wheel. Too bad Driver's sale is over, you could have got a set of Triggers under your budget...still might depending on sizes.

I think that 2k might include his tires as well? Thats the way I took it.

Lets do two piece Triggers. Give me or Justin a call, and we'll handle it for you.

Triggers are in our Street Series, are true 6061-t6 forged two piece wheels, not a cast wheel, or a cast centered wheel. So you'll be getting the best you could for you budget.

Reading your original post, The issue I see is wanting a 19x11. Going with anything wider than a 10" wheel in any two piece wheel gets pricey super fast because of the extra charge to widen a 10" hoop. My suggestion, go with an 18x8 up front (if stock front subframe) or 9" up front if aftermarket subframe, and a 10 in the rear.

We'll have some other questions to ask you when you call in so we can further dial in your backspace, brake clearance, etc., but I'd rather save that for a phone conversation.. Toll Free: 1-866-694-5940.

Damned fine future customer service right there Driverz. Great suggestions and explanations as well. Put me down as a customer when I get to the point I can spend 2k or so for rims.

Are the prices on the website for 1 or 4 rims? I'm going to assume 1.

I have been doing the same thing...I tried to find other wheels......But in the end , I am buying the Rushforth's. I am 51 and this is my Bucket list, so I am willing to spend the money... I will say this, Laextreme...You have great taste in wheels. I cannot find any thing else to buy.....But that would double your budget to 4k with tires

Thank you. I am very picky about my decisions ha. Maybe one day when I'm older and retired I will get the rushforths for the camaro. I plan on keeping this car a very long time as me and my dad are building it together.

Sweet. If you know my history, My 71 Z/28 has been with me since 1983....Also, I hope you don't have to wait as long for the Rushforth's.
