Silver paint ideas
Well, ready to paint the firewall/dash of the car and need to finalize my color choice. Silver is the color but looking for a specific shade/tint. I want t silver that has contrast to it in light. This pic of a Suzuki concept looks to be right up my ally, but haven't a clue what the paint code would be...
Mercedes Silver, as seen on the SLR and such, has a nice contrast to and seems to be closest that I've seen on production cars to what I'd be looking for. The new Chevy Cruze silver really shines in the sun but not quit as much contrast as I'd like. I've heard Saleens new SMS 25th mustang has a nice silver that pops out but haven't seen one in person.
Looking for some ideas or paint codes that some of you may be familiar with.

That silver color on that Suzuki is amazing!

At this point I'm kinda leaning toward the mustang Vapor Silver that was on the later 2000 models. Need to look at some more vehicles to see if there is something else out there that appeals more to me.

that Suzuki is the perfect Silver, although I doubt they even sell that color in mass production. Infiniti makes a great Silvers too.

I ended up settling on Platinum Metallic off the '98 Jeep Grand Cherokee's. Has good flake and contrast to it.
