      What windage tray?

I'm building an iron block based LS1 (bored 5.3) and would like to know what windage tray I need to use. I've got a 5.3 windage tray already - is this one fine to use or do I need to use a different one? I'm planning to use either a Mast or Holley pan.

      Thanks!

You get the one that matches the pickup tube you'll be using.

Usually it's a matching set of oil pan, pickup tube, oil ring, and windage tray.
If you're buying a Mast product, they should have the answer for you.

What he said. But I've only seen 2 types, long on corvette batwing, truck, CTS-V and a short one on the f body. When I put the CTS-V pan on my 5.3 I found it had the same windage tray as the truck, so I didn't bother to swap it.

Yup. Will also need whatever dip stick/tube that matches the pan (if they dont already include that)

It's a toss up between the Mast pan and the Holley pan at this point. Not sure which one to get since they are nearly the same price though the Holley pan does seem to come with a few more small bits and pieces.
