Anyone over 40 probably has 10% blockage somewhere. Sounds like a good report. Charley did not visit while you were gone did he. Keep us updated, and glad you are home.

Bill haven't seen Charlie yet lol.As far as the blockage they think 10% but Dr. said more than likely it will be higher because of my weight the test results are hard to read that why they are doing a catheterization to see how bad it really is.I'm 6'5" and 365 lbs alot of weight so I will be put on a strict diet but I don't mind since it will help me be healthier

Had a consult today with the Dr. this morning and set up time for a catheterization tomorrow morning. But learned that chemo that I was on could have caused heart damage will know more tomorrow morning I will be awake the whole time while the Dr. does the procedure and will have immediate results if the blockage is there or not and how bad. There seems to be too many questions and no answers.

Cliff, if you have any questions about the procedure, feel free to email me. My dad has had MANY of them. Too many as a matter of fact. He almost literally knows them inside and out. The only thing to worry about is where they actually insert the catheter. OUCH!!!!

GOOD NEWS I just got home the hospital read the stress test and chest xrays wrong.the Heart specialist that did the catherterization could not find ant blockages or any sign of a heart attack what he did find was the left side of my heartis weaking due to the chemo from 1998 but not enough to worry about. He said my shortness of breath is caused by something being wrong with my lungs cause of my history of bronchitis.

That's great to hear, but it sucks that someone read the test wrong to begin with. That's a lot of worry for nothing!
